Don't sweat it alone this season!  Give the gift of fitness, inspiration and sanity to a loved one, a friend, or treat yourself.  Each session will be 1 hour long and follow a specific plan of action custom to your needs.  For your first session we will discuss your fitness goals and dietary restrictions.  I will put you through a workout that will include all components of fitness; strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility.  We’ll follow a plan of action for the remainder of your package and we’ll build your foundation to the start to your fitness journey!
