LOPEZ

THE DJ

     Having grown up with his various family members’ collection of Latin, Hip-Hop, Motown and Dance music, Lopez has been influenced by an erratic, versatile rhythm.  Letting the vibe of music travel and connect himself to the atmosphere, Lopez combines the best of all of his worlds in his work to compose it a beautiful, told tale.

 

     Lopez has been in the DJ game for 6+ years and has performed at various open format events/venues in the tristate area; ranging from bars/clubs to large tailgates and weddings.  Over the past couple years, Lopez wanted more.  He wanted to play the House, Tribal and Latin rhythms he couldn’t play at his events so he started practicing, supporting and learning.

 

     Hard work pays off!  Lopez is now a resident DJ at Misconduct Tavern in Philadelphia and makes appearances at popular venues around the city such as NOTO, Vesper, Cavanaugh's Riverdeck, the Moshulu, Bar X and many more!

 

     His energetic style and song selection make him the perfect DJ to feel good vibes and get the party started right.

LOPEZ

THE  TRAINER

     Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science from West Chester University and 5 years experience playing professional football.  He is certified in Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Aerobic Association International.

 

     With a strong awareness for clients coping with bodily dysfunctions, Michael’s creative nature allows him to rebuild rehabilitation programs and personalized workouts that focus on helping each client rebuild their mental and physical strength.

 

     Michael also specializes in weight loss focusing on traditional core exercises and interval training. He believes effective exercise progression must be built from a strong footing, placing proper technique and execution at the forefront of each exercise. Michael’s background in professional football has strongly influenced his training philosophy, as they both serve to improve ones health through conditioning and corrective exercises for all components of fitness.

 

     Having experience in all walks of life - ranging from Elite Athletes to Special Needs and Adolescence, Michael sees every challenge as an opportunity.  It is a priority that all classes mirror his upbeat and energetic personality to promote positivity and teamwork.  Michael encourages others to reach their full potential while pushing their limits, believing that life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
