On Saturdday, February 8th, let’s get dress ready together as we sweat it out in a Zumba inspired workout.  Lopez is taking his cultural background and including it in his workout/dance routine.  While we turn up the heat with salsa and merengue, we'll go the extra notch and incorporate aerobics and boxing.  During our routine we will learn various movements most have never done before.  Let's sweat and have some fun!  All levels of fitness are welcome on the island to prove to yourself that you have what it takes.  Post workout we will go ahead and enjoy tasty brunch bites provided by us and delicious spirits provided by Fizzy Wheels.  You will be welcome to do some dress and merchandise shopping provided by Kimberly James Bridal.  Let's gather and prepare ourselves for the wedding day you will never forget!

On Thursday, August 29th, let’s GLOW up together as we grind it out in a musically inspired workout.  Lopez is flipping the switch and hosting a poolside glow in the dark workout while DJing simultaneously at Vesper Dayclub.  This completely curated and unique experience is for all shapes sizes and ages! Post workout enjoy a *glowing* drink on us, check out local Health and Wellness Vendors, and show off your neon gear - we’ll supply the glow sticks!  All attendees are invited to join us post event next door at Germantown Beer Garden.  Don’t forget your free SWAG bag featuring Lopez approved wellness goodies!
